A simple way to brighten your home and change the ambience.

Fresh flowers for the home

Fresh flowers are a wonderful way to bring colour, texture and fragrance to your home. Different flowers bring different moods, they can bring the seasonal colour in from nature, and emit a soft fragrance. How you choose to display them also adds interest, a contemporary or vintage vase can really add character to a corner.

Creating arrangements for the home from The Little Flower Plot is one of our favourite things to do, its a great way to embrace the nature outside your door. Now we’re not going to mislead you, keeping fresh flowers in your home does require a little effort, yet the positive vibe, shape and colour they bring to a room far outstrips this matter.

Natural & Wild

Growing cut flowers at the plot means Jaci can pick and choose natural forms. Jaci uses seasonal flowers for these arrangement and looks to nature for complimenting colours.

Fresh from the Garden

Some of Jaci’s favourite arrangements and bouquets are garden to vase, where she walks out into the plot and gathers a mix of flowers and foliage. Pops of colour are a feature of these arrangements.

Ikebana inspired

Looking to the Ikebana styling created in Japan and embraced by Korea, this style of floristry is one of Jaci’s favourites based on natural shape, colour and texture. The style is contemporary with different base bowls helping create different forms, with seasonal colour enhancing the ambience of the room the arrangement will be placed.
